hey hey great just redoing alot of stuff at house love it though. Still keep up with workouts and less cardio i feel awesome i look jacked lol..ill have to post more pic soon

hey chcik its awesome you. Im getting ready for a 15k on july 12 its 9.3 miles one of the biggest in country. Im so ready fro it to be over so i can hiit weights all out AND JUST DO HIIT CARDIO!!

no problem i just tried it just to try it !! mY 9.3 mile race is july 12 th so after that its going to be just hiit cardio 30 min max 4x a week and weights baby weights...im so looking foward for this distance running thing to be over with lol

k well steve yelled at me for doing cardio 6 days a week lol. I do 1 our 4 times a week and 30 min 2x i guess it looks like too much. im going to drop it to 4 and see how i feel !!

ok well that was a little hard words!! i love the plan and program and have seen results..and i wont stop training..i guess i just have to let some of the cardio go.. thanks for the motivational kind words lol!!

love my progress my abs are the stubborn parts but i know they are last too go. I went to gnc today and the clerk said i look like a trainer lol..guess thats good!! i really feel awful on high carbs days like i shouldnt be eating any but steve knows what he is talkin bout !!

hey boss on high carb days i dont even feel like eating the xtra carbs lol. Um on workouts to shock body can i do high reps of giant sets for a few weeks..still need to trim midsection..im doing cardio 6 x a week?? Too much?
