Became obbsessed, in 10 th grade, lost weight but had a ED, over exercised, just cardio. Got into weight to get healthy, vered off slightly and went vegan and bout 10 lbs came on, Too MAny carbs and not enough protein. So know its back to the grind!
Why I Love It:
The high i get and the addiction i feel, my days are not complete unless i have had my work outs in !

Always been a cardio queen and yeah i was lean but was just a smaller version of myself. Was afraid to lift heavy, but now i love muscles and i want to transform my body!!

Yes I like my ISSA program. I asked at my gym what they preferred and they gave me a list of six organizations. I looked at them all online and ended up choosing ISSA.
Hey girly! Cardio 6x a week...!!! Whew...i bet he did yell. LOL! You're gonna eat away all your muscle doin that chic. Def slow it down a bit. 4x is PLENTY! And DO eat the carbs on your high carb day. There is a reason behind that. It will shock your body and send your metabolism into overdrive. Carb cycling is a great fat burner. Trust Steve and follow the plan and you will continue to see results girl. I'm very proud of you!
yeah, you could do high reps, do all at 15, but if you are going to cardio 6 days a week, stop working out, or you aren't going to change any, you are taxing your body way too much..
when you do that, you wont lose weight, if anythign, your body will go into defense and you may add weight.
So, let half the cardio go or let the training go.
