With friends in high school, but I've been out of it for a long, long time. I began back at it in early 2008, dropping some good weight. I then lost my job due to lay off and put all of my weight back on. Time to get to it again.
Why I Love It:
I love the ability to channel anger and focus on something other than every day stresses. When I can constantly workout, I feel better and less burdened.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation has always been an issue for me and something I need to constantly focus and work on. I do find that harnessing my anger always helps the focus.
BB Accomplishments:
None as of yet.

Well, it is that time to start all over. Try to put a horrible year behind me and get back to the gym. I have to harness the anger that has built up and take it out on the weights. I'm hoping the motivation of the Muscletech challenge will help. To all of you doing the Muscletech...
You can make your fitness dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from approx. 36% to 10% in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy but still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort. Give me a yell if you wish.
Hey Blue blooded brother from a different mother! What's the 911 fitness challenge? Is that the one VPX sponsors? Either way, tear that sucker apart! You got it man!
Thanks friend! Let me tell you I REALLY did NOT want to post those pictures. I am glad Buff talked me into it. It motivates me to work harder. Hopefully I will be able to see big changes next month! How are you doing with your challenge?
Believe in your own ability to change the way things are. Challenge yourself to be the best that you can be and never, ever give up. I wish you all the best and really look forward to hearing how you are progressing. Stay strong and if there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance feel free to give me a yell.
