I have to maintain my physical fitness for my job and I grew up playing sports.
Why I Love It:
It is great stress relief and I believe it is always good to seek self improvement in every aspect of life. Also it just makes sense to be healthy!! Not to mention it provides awesome stamina for personal things...lol ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about promotions, school options, and overall appearance and it motivates me. I want my wife and daughter who are my everything, to remain proud of me, and my soldiers to look up to me.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing too major, but I can carry a person with gear on, weighing up to 330 lbs. for 500 meters.

  I recently had a minor surgery that took me out of the loop for the last 3 weeks.  I gained some fat and lost a little bit of muscle.  I swear I feel like dookie.  Well enough feeling sorry for myself, I am gonna take my thick self to the gym.  Wish me strength to quickly get back to...
