Just picked up a few Muscle and fitness magazines and went from there. I have had the same system since 2002 and every time I stop working out for a long time I can jump right back on it and gain all what I have lost.
Why I Love It:
The feeling it gives you after working out and the confidence in yourself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing changes in my body and how I feel is enough for me to stay motivated. My goal is to compete in the All forces bodybuilding competetion in October 25th in Tampa, FL. I want to get up to 190 LBS and then cut down to 180 LBS for show.
BB Accomplishments:
I won over my wife's heart last year in March 2007. Took a very long break and now back into it.

Morning – 16OZ Milk + 3 scoops
Evening - 16 OZ Milk + 3 scoops

Muscle Milk
One hour before workout – 12 OZ milk + 2 scoops
Before going to bed – 12 OZ Milk + 2 scoops
= 600 Calories, 64g of protein

Upon Waking up – 6 OZ water + 1 scoop

You looked soft but you looked healthy. I am not saying you don't now. But you do really look skinny in the face. Even Nilza noticed. Try putting on a little weight and so much getting ripped. Just a thought
