When I was a self-taught student, I had to work so hard to get a good . That time I needed a vivid mind and a healthy body to work all day and all night. I learned how to be a computer expert without a computer for 6 years. I am afraid of geting sick. I couldn't offer that. I strong believe doing some bodybuiding which it will help me. I have a little overfat when I started in 2000. A beauty is my dream. A good body is a part of that. A beauty is more than that. I have to learn a lot of thing and try to beauty inside and outside. I need confident.
Why I Love It:
First: I need a healthy body to keep working hard,give me a vivid mind.Second: I love to build a beauty body.Third: I hope to live longer and happy(100 years old).

Sports could improve my fitness in my past. I am willing to try different sports in my life. When I played yoga. I would imagine I was other thing.In the meantime I used  mirror to watch my some pieces of muscle. I know use my imagination it will help you forget the pain in the muscle....

ahh, the power comes from speed and strength combined, as long as you keep practicing and train your body thru exercise, youll develope that power. A lot of martial artist neglect exercise,they just train in martial arts which creates limits..

never tried that style, i fought plenty of people who are disciplined in it. I admire the balance people use with their feet in taekwondo. i notice more kicking than hand technique in that form. I have applied the ax kick to my form. very dangerous and impressive.
