How I Started:
I used to work out (weight training) like mad when I was 15-16 years old, and have been active on and off throughout the years. But I hadn't gone back o the gym consistently until about a month ago, when I picked up weight training again and feel in love with it all over again.
Why I Love It:
I feel so much power and control. I love seeing my body change with each workout. It makes me respect myself even more.
How I Stay Motivated:
By seeing the changes every day, by the way an early morning workout makes the rest of my day so much better.

Within these next few months I want to get my body fat to 15%, and I will look strong and lean. Within the next year I will participate in my first fitness competition and I will win!
I will have a defined flat stomach, broader shoulders and back, long and lean legs and an ass that's nice and round and hard as a rock.
I am committed to achieving this, this is the first time in my life I feel I have complete power over what I want to do, and I will do it!.
I live in NY, been in China for almost a week, working.
I have to admit it has been HARD trying to keep up with normal workouts. Your whole system gets a bit messed up, gym doesn't have a lot of equipment, proper diet is tough to follow... I've been doing the best I can, determined to stay...
