Overall Goal: My goal weight is 130 lbs. My goal is to lose 2 lbs per week. Therefore regaining self confidence and self esteem that has come from leading a unhealthy lifestyle and living in an overweight body.

Currently doing between 30-50 mins of cardio on the treadmill. Trying to eat about 1300 calories per day. Been eating out too often lately!

Sick and tired of being sick and tired! I am ready and willing to do what it takes to be healhty!
Why I Love It:
I love seeing myself improve every time I get on that treadmill, I can run a little farther, a little faster, a little longer.

Goal (Long):
I would like to maintain a 2 lbs per week weight loss with a specific but realistic food plan. In addition to a healthy diet, I plan on encompassing a exercise regimen that includes cardio and weights.
