- Incline Bench Press - 80lbs x 1 x 5 (Pyramid)
- Leg Press - 270lbs x 5 x 5
I was having some pain in my back so I did 2 x 6 of Pull-ups

Reason: As a meal replacement, and boost my calorie intake
