I'm currently 6' 2" and 173 lbs. I'm pretty defined guy, with low body fat. I've got a six pack, but I feel like I'd perform better in sports, and be more confident with more weight.

Workout 5 of 18 - 1/31/07

- Incline Bench Press      - 80lbs x 1 x 5 (Pyramid)
- Leg Press                   - 270lbs x 5 x 5

I was having some pain in my back so I did 2 x 6 of Pull-ups

MuscleTech Mass Tech, 5 Lbs., Chocolate
