i want to lose fat before May 2009. I an currently 185lbs and i'm 5'8". i want to slim down to 140lbs. once i drop the weight i want to build lean muscle, but not to big like pro bodybuilder just wanna be build and show body definition..........! if anyone can help me accomplish that it will be greatly appreciated...! also i run 3.3 miles twice a day and every day i push myself to try to beat my time of 00:25:28.....
