Background

When I Started: Jun 2010
HOW I STARTED:

Always have been physically active in my life. For the 4 years as playing football as a child i have always dominated on my team without weightlifting like some other kids were pushed to do. After having muscle in my legs and arms i noticed i am a lot more powerful and fast.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love it because it makes me feel good.

I look back at the progress i made before putting over 18 pounds of pure muscle in 3 months, and then losing most of the mass by getting lazy. I look forward to knowing how my body can look and thats how i stay motivated.
