Alrite cheers for the add. Is that 50k or lbs? i dunno how much i could do ive never tried to do my rep max for that. Probably around between 30-45k i dunno lol.

Thanks, little bro! Good on you to set your goals high. I'm too senior & old for SEAL's...you have BUDS, follow-on training, and unit training, which can take 2 or more years. How's your cardio and stamina...I read you boxed.
