hopefully get into bodybuiding or any form of lifting competitively

i am currently 140 lbs. and 4% bodyfat so my long term goal would be to be around 175+ by the next 10 months! i eat at least 5000 calories per day and take supplement hoping to obtain my goals my that time. i need this for myself to continue to advance becoming a more succesful football player!
