My husband. He told me I should try it.
I'd lost so much weight but needed to tone it. Thank you babe.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good. More energy and a better attitude. I love how my hubby reacts to my body slowly changing. He gets as excited as I do.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror! Look at my kids and I want to be here for them as long as I can. My husband is very encouraging.

Back, I love my natural V-shape. Abs are my Major Concern.

My 5 year old is starting to enjoy *working out*
