Come on girl, such a wonderful person need to be more motivated. You should eat 6 small meal a day, one every 2 hours and sneak in some protein shakes. I know they taste like arm pit, I recommend Syntha-6 By BSN. Tastes like McDs chocolate shake...REALLY I Know yuo can DO IT! I have FAITH in YOU!

P90x and Chalean are, Tabatas are readily available anywhere on line...Depending on your goal, I can provide some suggestions on what routine to follow...there is literally thousands of combination's. HAve fun...I'm here if you need me. :)

I would also recommend Chalean Extreme. i do it in the mornings, TABATAs at lunch and P90X in the evening, but BAR NONE TABATA burned off a TON of fat. Good luck, and welcome to the family!!
