Currently I am doing Power 90 3 6 days a week. I would love any suggestions. A little bummed because doing it religiously I only lost a pound in a month. I did lose inches and am in a smaller size but I want to see changes on the scale too. TTYS!
Great, did a 60 minute workout right in the morning, with a 10min cardio warmup. Then went down to the River Valley with a friend. So beautiful outside, until the clouds came in and started raining on us.

Thanks for the tips, ya it's one of the main reasons I joined. Have no work out buddies and no one who is overly wanting to get fit where I live so it can be difficult.
It's ok that you cheated. I probably should have just looked it up myself... I'm a goober. Hope your day is going well and you are getting motivated today! Me, I have a migrain from hell today. And it doesn't help that the air conditioner keeps 'clicking' in a very annoying pattern.
