Hit my first goal. Now I want to be at 230 by june 30th
Goal (Long):
I have always been an active kid, but still on the chubby side, but junior year in high school i messed up my knee during wrestling and that injury sidelined me indefinitely. this really depressed me and i packed on the pounds and i have tried to shed those pounds and slowly i have lost some weight but not nearly enough, i have gained a lot of strength though. but now I am serious about getting healthy and being in the best shape of my life. My goal is to be about 200 lbs and bee at 12-15 % body fat. i want to be able to ware the clothes i want. I want to have big arms and built chest. Thick thigh and calves. I know that i can Hit my goal in 24 months if i focus and work hard.
i took some pics over the weekend and i got super bummed! i look almost the same as i do in the older pics!!! i feel like im spinning my wheels :(. im not quitting by any means, but i just need to vent a bit! ugh i think i might need to control my self more during the weekends, im sure that...
Gosh I haven't even been checking my profile comments bad me, i'm glad that chicken turned out alright for you, I usually have to put more carbs in my meals than your typical BBers but your typical BBs don't work 2 physical jobs 7 days a week haha! I've been building my recipe box though, my goals are coming right along: started lifting a lot more regularly and getting my cardio in. Scale isn't changing a ton but my pants are so I don't mind. How're things?!
