When i was in elementary i was made fun of by the kids at my school for being fat and it always made me feel bad inside and all those feelings were stored inside
Why I Love It:
i love it because it is what makes me feel beter when im sad or mad my only shoulder to lean on are my weights "it is what u do with ure feelings that will transform u" or so i think!
How I Stay Motivated:
since i was teased as i was overweight little did i kno that all the feelings i stored inside were going to help me it is like all those feelings an thoughts have come together an created a monster inside of me and everytime i workout that monster bursts out an i am transformed into a whole other person which is my motivation
BB Accomplishments:
As my 8th grade coach once said to me an to this day i still remeber "THE ROAD TO SUCCESS IS ALWAYS UNDER CONSTRUCTION" so i know no limit since all my limits are as far as my mind and body will have which are NO LIMITS!!!

its just protein, just enough to cope with your workout schedule. but u know not to take anything if your doin nothin cause then it'll be useless. i'd say protein and a bit of creatine
