How I Stay Motivated:
perving on gorgeous women.
trying to keep up with my gorgeous partner.
BB Accomplishments:
losing 20kg (44 lb) of fat and building some muscle.
and a final note... im 172cm or 5'8" tall... for some reason this does not show up in my profile.

I want to know what its like to be lean. To not feel embarrased when going out or feel bad in the clothes i wear.
i dont have goals yet in terms of bodyfat % as i have never had it measured. i will get this done soon so i can use it to motivate myself.
oh and i want Michelle Bridges arms..
ill write more when i have decided what my goals are... im kinda confused about what i want.
well im finally back training consistantly and it feels fantastic, no weight loss as usual but im feeling better. i am tired though... and thats normal but i mentioned this to my doctor and that im still trying to lose bodyfat (currently 30% and want to be about 25%) and was perscribed Duramine....
Cheers, I haven't made enough progress yet. Got sick then returned to the same level then got busy. Past the busy stage now though so shouldn't be to far away.
PS, As mentioned by others, where are yours? :P
Hey! Training is going very well! Ive managed to obstain from alcohol for like 3months now nearly, progress has been MUCH faster. Yea that comp is coming up soon, the INBA one? Haha im not sure why I changed the name, just for fun I guess. I liked JokerJ too, i kinda miss it :p
Yes, CCO's do carry guns here, but rarely ever use them. It's a fairly safe job overall, the pay isn't that great. 32K a year is sort of standard money for new hires and then you advance from there. The standards of living within the country vary a lot, so some places your money lasts a lot longer than others. Where are you planning to move to?
I know, the taste of NO-X disgusts me now. I've cut back totally and now I just have a coffee pre workout. It sucks for the first few weeks but you get used to the caffeine drop. How's the training going?
hey kirsty, How are you doing? Hope you had a goods weekend. Well the clean eating is going pretty good. I found alot of good recipes that ive been trying. So hows your training going?
im doing good i think whats working for me is staying away from bread if i do eat it its in small amounts of 100% whole wheat , stay away from sugar its a killer for a diet
Cheers! But my changes have just been very gradual, your transformation is incredible - I would never have believed you were a big girl if you didn't have the pics to show it, so congrats. It must feel really liberating to make that kind of change.
