How I Started:
I've been a dancer all of my life. I taught Jazzercise for awhile...
I was going to the gym doing only cardio and wasn't seeing the results I wanted. My bf got me into lifting weights this year and I love it!
Why I Love It:
It is a great stress reliever. I love the endorphin rush afterwards and am very relaxed.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's hard to stay motivated when it gets cold and dark. Working in retail gives me enough stress to NEED to go to the gym to unwind.
BB Accomplishments:
It may sound dumb, but finally being able to walk up the 4 metal stairs and put a 40+ pound bag of pet food on top of the racks has been really nice. I don't feel helpless when it comes to lifting.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I try to aim for 30 to 45 minutes and vary the exercise each time. I will run at a steady pace, run intervals, or slowly build to a maximum run and then slowly come down.
