Hey man, currently I'm not doing cardio 'cause it'd be too hard to take in enough calories and bulk at the same time (at least for me). I pretty much did ONLY cardio-based stuff before this, so I had a pretty low fat, cut base. At the moment, I do abs twice a week involving weighted incline situps, weighted cable crunches, and weighted leg raises (with weight on the ankles).
