So this is more a blog to get some questions answered. My ab routine is pretty good I think. I dont do 1000 crunches, Ill do 30 good ones and I follow this same rule for all my ab exercises. Anyways I wanted to know how many times a week I should be working out my abs. I eat healthy too by the way.

Hey man, currently I'm not doing cardio 'cause it'd be too hard to take in enough calories and bulk at the same time (at least for me). I pretty much did ONLY cardio-based stuff before this, so I had a pretty low fat, cut base. At the moment, I do abs twice a week involving weighted incline situps, weighted cable crunches, and weighted leg raises (with weight on the ankles).
