haha so im walking down the street 2 days ago with my friends in when this lady stops me. she tells me her name and that she is from ford models and wants to know if i was interested in modeling. so im kind of embaressed because im with my friends and i just said i dont know can i have a card...

Hey man, currently I'm not doing cardio 'cause it'd be too hard to take in enough calories and bulk at the same time (at least for me). I pretty much did ONLY cardio-based stuff before this, so I had a pretty low fat, cut base. At the moment, I do abs twice a week involving weighted incline situps, weighted cable crunches, and weighted leg raises (with weight on the ankles).
