my boyfriend keeps me motivated. whenever I feel I can't go on any further he gives me the strength that I need to keep doing it.

I've already lost about 8kg (17.6 lb) since I started and I've gained some muscle mass specially in my arms

So now I have to loose about 5kg (11lbs) so that I end up like I was...

To my surprise I just gain 1 pound when I spent 2 weeks holiday away from my city with no exercise but of course extra careful with my meals. But then the next and final weeks of my summer holidays I start to eat...
