When I Started: Jan, 2002
How I Started: PUSH-UPS, free weights, and a heavy bag. Been off and on for the past few years.
Why I Love It: I love working out because it's a great way for me to release stress and feel good, mentally and physically.
How I Stay Motivated: I stay motivated because I know hard work pays off. Also, knowing that I will lose everything that I've worked so hard for if I stop now is good motivation.
BB Accomplishments: Started a new program June 1st 2008 with a starting weight of 206 lbs and as of August 25th 2008 I weigh 191 lbs and am starting to see some definition in my arms, chest, shoulders, and abs.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I don't, I try to superset everything to keep my heart rate up and finish my workout in less time.
