When I hit 200 pounds, I knew something had to be done.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling because I know that I am accomplishing something that many people do not even try to do. It is one thing I KNOW I can succeed at if I work hard and make good decisions.
How I Stay Motivated:
This site! looking at others' bodyspaces, forums, and pictures. I also take my own pictures to monitor my progress.

Nice progress lmlage, keep it up! Judging by the thread you started maybe your body is getting accustomed to your keto diet and plateaued your weight loss. Ever think about trying Carb cycling? :)
