Thanks! So far its been good...Ive been able 2 get some tips from a few people & that has helped :) Progress....well it takes some time, but Im gonna get there! You on the other hand....all u've made LOOKS awesome! Btw, I agree w/what u say about the body & mind.

Anytime! Not 2 much - over this way..just checkin things out on here. My daughter wants 2 start workin out w/me so Im tryin get all the basics 2gether 4 her.....I think she will do pretty good :)
