djz227 Hi Lisa, I first saw you in the bb.com articles update and really admire your looks. I showed your pic to a trainer, she told me if I wanted to achieve abs like yours I had to "lay off the heavy weights and get with a resistance band and swiss ball routine". I don't really buy into this theory. Would you mind telling me what size weights you use for each exercise? I do core exercises to pull it in as well as ab exercises. Any help/suggestions you have for me will be greatly appreciated. Feb 2, 2010 9:09pm
