I got started by reading the "Eating Clean Diet" by Tosca Reno. She encourage readers to not only transform the way they eat but to transform the mind and body also.

ThePurplePassionerupdated Fit Status "Congrats! I ran my first 5K on Sunday, Nov 8, 2009 for the Gynecologic Cancer Foundation Half-Marthon and 5K Race. My time was 34:48. "
My goal is to develop a tone & tight body. Also, run my first 5K in November 09.
Goal (Long):
I often dreamed of having a total tone body however, I realize why keep dreaming when I have the power to make that dream come true. Yes! I want tone, strong arms & legs and taut abs that will put a big smile on my face every time I view myself in a mirror. I would like to be 125 pounds, with 20% or less body fat; I know with full dedication I can do this in the next 8-10 months. In addition, I plan to run my first 5K for the Gynecologic Cancer Foundation on November 08, 2009. The required running training regiment will help with my physical transformation.
I believe the quote of Coco Chanel just like this member,"a lady should be classy & fabulous. Her transformation show just that a woman whom is classy and fabulous.

I workout both in my home and gym. The pros of working out in my home is regardles of the weather outside. I am able to still get a working in.
