How I Started: I started working as a youth minister and could not keep up with my teens, so I desided to work out and I'm loving it!!!
Why I Love It: Because it makes me look good and strong!and I can help others be healthy.
How I Stay Motivated: By looking at how I've improved and continue improving every month! and could be an example to every teen I get in touch with.
BB Accomplishments: Just starting to workout is a big accomplishment, maybe in the future I could compeet.

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Gain muscles, I lost the weight I wanted to lose and to look good and be of encoragement to others.
Goal (Long): My goals are to look good muscle wise, and be able to encorage others to be healthy. I need to learn more about BB. But I'm wiling to learn. God is My provider and I know He will give me strenth to get Phisicaly strong and mentaly awake. I'm 53 years old, but feel younger and whant to acomplish this to also look younger. Also my goal is to use this to go and Evangelize for the glory of God.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 6%

sory I had been out of commission for a few weeks, had a bad virus and had to sut down for a few; but I'm back!

abs just any type of sit ups and leg raises, chest switch between barbell and dumbbell every week about 4/5 sets of 7 or 8. also hit the cable cross overs they are GREAT
