w8lift2008 It's a good diet plan, It's hard for me because of my job, but a regular Monday thru Friday situation I think it would work really well. Right now diet is my biggest issue. The workouts are great though, consistently sore somewhere since day one! May 12, 2008 11:34pm

lcdec21 Thank You for noticing! Yes I went most everyday for 2 hours for the past month! I am eating "clean" too and that has made a HUGE differance...diet is 90% of the physique. They say it takes 28 days to make or break a habit I am on day 20 of the new healthy clean lifestyle. I am excited to see where my body can take itself!
