It's a good diet plan, It's hard for me because of my job, but a regular Monday thru Friday situation I think it would work really well. Right now diet is my biggest issue. The workouts are great though, consistently sore somewhere since day one!
Yes, I would recommend it. It's worked wonders for me. I did not do any other exercises/programs during my transformation. So my results are exactly how they appear in my profile all due to P90X!
Thank You for noticing! Yes I went most everyday for 2 hours for the past month! I am eating "clean" too and that has made a HUGE differance...diet is 90% of the physique. They say it takes 28 days to make or break a habit I am on day 20 of the new healthy clean lifestyle. I am excited to see where my body can take itself! Good luck to you and your goals! :)
my next goal after plunging in the cold water? that's my 1/2 ironman triathlon in 6 months.. i like redline but i only take it with food and on my long cardio days..otherwise i get really jittery and that's NEVER a good thing
Honestly, the cytolean was great, until it wore off and then I got kinda mean/cranky...at first I kinda blew off the side effects, but then it got really pronounced, and I didn't sleep well.
