Background
I started working with a personal trainer. His philosophy was that girls CAN work out just like a guy does. This was something very new to me and I fell in love with free weights, squats, and deadlifts, and working out in general!
I have been an athlete for my entire life. Once I got out of highschool and I decided not to pursue any college sports, I wanted to stay in shape. I started working out on my own, but saw no results. Once I learned how to work out correctly my life changed! I am now ADDICTED to lifting weights.

Day 1: Back and biceps
Day 2: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders
Rest on Day 7
3 Day Plan for lower body:
Day 1: Glutes
Day 2: Hamstrings
Day 3: Quads
Do abs and calves randomly throughout the week.
