ya, i stopped running and all that when i got cut from the b-ball team. i checked the carbs and that mass gainer and it was actually 121 grams,

ya man lifes good when you get free stuff.lol i recently started taking a weight gainer protein shake, about a month ago it has like 70 carbs per serving, it took me about a week to lose the abbs i barley had, but now i weigh 210. so its pretty kool man

I have been a dancer all my life so fitness was never something that was crazy far off or anything.. but about a year ago, I started going to the gym and realized that I loved how it made me feel.. about my body.. about being healthy.. so even though I workout at home now, I make sure to keep it up! :)

i havent taken any but im gonna start it really helps alot ive heard...but man 180+ pounds thats crazy u look like ur at least 23...u play any sports or anything?
