NO I did not know that 1 cup equates to 250 mL. Especially since I do not measure in SI. So thanks for the info. Greatly Appreciated!

Thank you for the info left on by post. But I have another question for you. You mention a cup of cooked rice. How do you measure a cup of rice? Or even a cup of cereal? Do you know of a good source which I could reference .

I know so many guys that are "skinny" and have to bulk. You can do it! Focus and put yourself on an eating schedule of eating the right foods and you will get there!

Hello. I worked out sbout 5 times a week and am about to start that same routing tomorrow. It was great and I and a lot of fun zoning out and just pushing my body to its limits. The one down side is that I do not like to sweat! Go figure. LOL
