Right on! I'm so glad that you're doing well. Honestly, it has taken me FOREVER to just tag down my goals; to really figure out what I want. So what I decided was that I needed to figure out the right diet (I have a slow thyroid, so what I eat REALLY matters) and just to be active every day for at least 30 minutes, whether that be sweating in the gym or mowing my lawn. I've been pretty consistent for the past two weeks (I know, just a start) but I'm so happy! :)
