Through martial arts and various friends I look up to.
Why I Love It:
It not only makes me healthier and live longer but improves my body's look and performance.
How I Stay Motivated:
My friends that I work out with. They keep me motivated into pursuing my goals and push me into surpassing my limits and doing things I never thought I could do.
BB Accomplishments:
To be lean with considerable muscle (think Brad Pitt in the movie Troy) and much flexibility as well as agility,speed,endurance and explosive strength. Much like a fighter.

I want to lose the little bit of fat covering my abs and achieve a fighter's body.
Goal (Long):
I want to achieve a balance of speed,agility,endurance,and strength. I want to be big,but not so big that it hinges my flexibility. I also want to be lean but not so lean that you can see every muscle fiber twitch. To be simple Im going for a fighters look. Much like Brad Pitt was in the movie Troy.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 5 lb

the squat. Youre carrying a lot of weight on your shoulders. without balance you could seriously hurt yourself or putting too much weight on could literally crush you.
