I like training at a commercial gym because it has all of the cardio and weights I need.
What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
I look for a gym to have plenty of cardio and free weights as well as upbeat music playing in the background.
Do you currently have a workout partner?
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I love Christopher, my workout partner (www.bodyspace.com/fitandrichchris) because he pushes me harder than I could ever push myself.
