Wanted to get back in shape an lose all my fat. Then it became a lifestyle an i love to stay in shape now.

Its a lil pretenous an annoying but I also know it sometimes just happens. Try to keep it low when possible

  Well he told me no surgery. Since I dont have any stabilty probs no need for it. He also said my ACL will never heal so its like a catch 22 i guess. So i now have the ok to start back on legs but now I will use lifting wraps religously. So what do you think? Should I get a 3rd opinion? Or...
