Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Slightly injured my lower back during high school doing squats. It hurt me for a few weeks. I recovered by not going heavy on squats for awhile.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Poor technique or trying to lift to much weight.
Do you sometimes use joint health supplements?
Which ones do you use?
