How I Started:
I hurt my knee in cross country and had to use the elliptical in the gym, then started lifting while i was in the gym and didn't stop
Why I Love It:
the rush i get from finishing a workout. not being able to stop smiling when i reach a goal. having the physical and mental strength to face anything. the feeling that i can do anything in the world after i complete a goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
habit.
and if i really need a kick, i look at the figure competitors in Oxygen magazine.

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
The kind that comes in, piles as much weight as they can onto a barbell, do 3 bench presses, stop, and load more weight on.
