How I Started:
I started working out when I was engaged to get married and wanted to look good on my honeymoon, then the time around all of they men I work with and their fitness lifestyles preyed on me and now I'm hooked! That was 4 years ago and I have since gotten re-married to a wonderful man that works out WITH me instead of standing beside me telling me I need to work out! Having a good workout partner make so much difference!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good and healthy. I am more entergetic and it makes me feel attractive! I love the feeling after a great workout!
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband helps me stay motivated and I have gotten back on this website to help as well... talking to other people and reading articles & stories!
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 5lbs in 5 weeks! That was one year ago and my training went downhill after that for other reasons... but now I'm back on it again! Will update when I beat that accomplishment!

I want to transform my muscles so that my thighs dont rub!! :) Is that possible? ;)
Goal (Long):
I want to lose about 8-10% body fat and build my muscles! My original goal was to do this from January through March but I got distracted and I am now back on track. With the progress I have already made, I should be able to reach my goal by May 15th!
No problem.. that's what we are hear for.. it's always a good thing to be motivated. I know i need a kick in the but from time to time. So, don't hesitate to motivate me when u see me slackin.. lol. :-)
ltms <laughing to myself. Girl.. ur thighs aren't rubbing. U'll do great. All you have to do is get focused. U already look great but everyone always wants to look better and it never hurts to either. Good luck!!
My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
