How I Started:
i decided i didn't want to be over weight anymore and i knew i had to work hard for it. i spent days doing cardio and lots of little weights, i made the effort on cardio and eating which lead me to losing so much weight.
Why I Love It:
makes me feel good about myself inside and out.
How I Stay Motivated:
reading workouts, watching videos, remembering my goals.
