My older brother was my idol. He was blessed with far better genetics than I (same parents, go figure) and always had 5% bodyfat and easy muscle. I knew I had to work harder and be more disciplined, but his results got me going.
Why I Love It:
I've been blessed with success in many areas of my life. Sometimes I don't have to work as hard as others. In the gym, however, every workout is a battle and no matter what I achieve, there is always more to be done. I love the endless challenge.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set small goals (bench 315 x 6), celebrate when I achieve them (for 5 silent minutes), and begin constructing the next one immediately after. It's all about the challenge.

I can't quantify my goal like "gain 10lbs muscle" or "lose 5lbs fat". Really, I just want to constantly excel and challenge myself. I love pushing for strength when in the gym. I always want to go further. I do want to gain muscle size, but I want proportion and balance. I want to get leaner to reveal hard-earned muscle. Basically, I want it all. Whatever I achieve, I will always want to take it a step farther.

yeah it looks like you have leaned out a bit man. you look great. if you want some tips i would say work on the legs a bit more just imo but besides tha tyou look great!
