IMO, squats and deadlifts. Proper form is necessary to avoid injury to your back.

I've received numerous pm's/requests on how to achieve some saaaaweet abs.  I can totally tell you that I did not expect to be able to have a nice mid-section.  I thought that only the few, genetically-gifted could get a six-pack.  I still have a way to go, but as I have told others, I worked...
