you have NO idea how much i would LOVE LOVE LOVE to be back under your wing (my legs were starten to see great losses\gains with u!! damn 100 rep sets ha) But this recession BS has me barely affording to pay for my books for summer classes :(

Wow! Good for you! I'm happy you got new stuff goin on and keepin it fresh! haha.. I have been horrible. But with this summer class over in 2 days, and the last semester being over with, i m a lot less strest and ready to get my work out on. I got me some insane goals a head.!! You still in italy?!

hey there. umm i have this amazing diet that works great for me that i just started this week. still trying to figure out exactly how much to eat but.. no carbs so thats good for me..the girl who is like allergic

i don't know how since they were trained back on Thursday i think... But my right shoulder is killing me. It's hard for me to put my hair up. Any stretching suggestions to help this problem? Should I ice or heat it?It's been killer for 2 days:(

v-day was bad. I had to close at work and made zero monies lol. Buutt I'm about to go out with this boy i started dating last week. He things my arms are the sexiest thing he's ever seen ha. I cant wait for the weeks work out! Hope ur week will be as amazing as I hope myn will be!

#1- your veins in your pic are sexy
#2- feed back on side bridge planks.. ouch.. i could only bump it out for 2 min.. then my body started to shake and form was lost. Awesome work outs this week. Kinda wish there was more Bicep in there today considering thre is only one day and 2 exercises :( lol HAVE A BEAUTIFUL DAY!

haha. i made my sister make me a meal plan for all of next week. And with that it has like 10 different meal recipes for my last 3 meals bc the first ones are simple breakfasts.. I hope it helps! I did 2 years ago and I lost mad weight. And thanks for the luck on my date! i hope it works out lol

haha I mean I looked at the shirt but I was impressed with your progress as well. I love training with him. I feel like he knows what he's doing and thre is not a workout that I don't feel. I see so many gains in 4 weeks and now that I have my meal plans made for me, I am goignt o see a drop in BF..I wish he was in the states tho.. How about you?
