How I Started:
After my sophomore year of college ended I realized if I wasn't going to be playing soccer or running track anymore, I needed to get back in shape. Our powerlifting coach in HS taught me everything I knew. I used his information and my own research on BB.com to figure out everything that is right for me. I have went from 2007 being completely fit and lean..to.. well.. not. Time to get the healthy competition with my sister started.

Look, if you had one shot, or one opportunity to seize everything you ever wanted-One moment...Would you capture it or just let it slip? You better lose yourself in the moment you own it, you better never let it go. You only get one shot, do not miss your chance to blow. This opportunity comes once in a lifetime! Success is my only option! FAILURE'S NOT! So here I go it's my shot. Feet fail me not! This may be the only opportunity I got!
Haha. Its win or lose. No in between. You either want it or you dont. And I have fallen in love with it.

Just a healthy competition with my older sis who got the BS account.. I'm so proud of her.. It's time to be proud of myself again and get my lean frame back. Make them want to be you!!!

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I wake up and I go on my bodyspace or BB.com and I just look at the transformations I admire. I think to myself that there is NO way this person didn't go to the gym even though they were tired. How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
My family enjoys me being as healthy as I can be. But I get carried away sometimes and try to force my thoughts on them. I got my younger brother into lifting and eating right and he has gained 30 lbs of muscle in 2 years.
