How I Started:
I started lifting two babies ago . I had one son at the time and just wanted to be in a place where we could do things together and be there regularly.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being strong. I like competing against myself, always pushing to see how far I can take my body, how much I can lift.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by knowing that this is something I do everyday for me but by taking care of me I am better able to take care of my family.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing all my baby wieght and more after three kids.

Goal (Long):
I've leaned out as much as I can for the time being and dont really think I would want to go any lower if I could. This kind of shape has been my goal for a long time and now having reached it I'm trying to figure out where I need to go from here.
I think about some kind of activity - other then or in addition to the weights - like triatholons or something but I am so not a runner. My left femur is hollowed out with a rod running inside the length of it and those muscles have just never been the same though surgery was years ago.
I just need some time to figure that out.

thought you would like this one. to my son 16 to the gym. He has his own workout because mine SUCK because it is for old people. He said he would try the old peoples workout so today he was doing my workout and said you do this workout style 6 day a week. I said not bad for and OLD MAN. Tommorow Chest this should be fun.
