Ok- can I say I'm soooo tired of chicken breast! And veggies!! The only thing I put in my mouth that makes me happy is my Optimum Whey- pb:)
Motivation is Up and down. Tired of eating super clean just to jump start better eating habits.. Only 3 weeks in...workouts are terrific- except I don't really wake up til 5:30 and I get to the gym at 5! I could actually fall back to sleep on a bench in between sets if my training group didn't spend their time talking crap to each other and me :)...
