I just look at my Goals and focus on them and i never Give up , i have had many times when i almost threw in the towel all togather but My cousin has always kept my Spirits up and i kept on pushing till i new that i could reach these goals with Persistance , time and discipline. I have my family and friends to thank for keeping me Motivated. I have a Awesome Start but i have a long way to go!
BB Accomplishments:
I have had a six pack since i was 13 and once i got it i didn't do anything but maintain it. Now i have an 8-pack its okey and i know i can do better. So Now ive stopped messing around with just maintaining it and its TIME to Make it ROCK HARD like Granit and i am not gonna stop till i get those Rock Hard abs.

Those are basically max. Maybe 2 reps if I am lucky. And good work, man. You are getting strong.

You will reach them. I know I thought I never could get to 225 when I first started. Two plates on each side were huge to me.
