Bitta ab training today, tried something new...owch...normally do a two piece routine of crunches and rev. crunches then a minutes rest and go again, but today tried a three piece...och, threw in a minute of air bike, if you wonna feel a burn i recomend this one my abs are still on fire!

I think that push ups until failure after a grueling bench press routine helps me a lot, try it out!

Hey mate, yep, I did the marathon... it was an amazing experience but I never ate so many carbs in my life... still paying for it!

You'll need to wait a good 2-3 years before you can really do twisting. Let your body develop and grow. Do basic power movements only. You're young, start slow. Don't twist just yet. Best of luck to you Rock.
