What bicep workout has worked best for you?
As of now preacher curls have really developed my biceps well.
What tricep workout has worked best for you?
As of now one arm tricep pushdown's with a rope grip.
What calf workout has worked best for you?
Alternating inner and outter calf raises on the leg press.

Hi, I was wondering if you ever get tingles in wrists or elbows, or ever had? I occasionally in my wrist or elbow (left arm), doing incline DB presses. Have you ever experienced similar?
