Start to gain weight,and tone.
MOTIVATE MYSELF TO EXERCISE EACH MORNING!!!
Goal (Long):
A 200lbs lean body.
To maintain for life the same body weight with low bodyfat and good energy levels. to hit 200lbs within 6 months ,gain 20lbs.
To be able to walk with confidence strong body and mind.
To rip and tone my body to be less then 10%body fat.
strechmarks on upper arms 15 inch bicep want 16 inch .strechmarks 2 inches long and think due to mass increase.i want to keep lifting because i feel deflated when i dont. any advice to get rid of these bastard lines?

Honesty, I want to look like a hot ripped female! lol I know, who doesn't right? I just want an overall toned look. No crazy hemale looking muscles. No offense to those that are that dedicated though, it is alot of time and dedication. But for me I like to be a bit more feminine. I totally want to start using this site more just to motivate myself more. How do you like it so far?
