-getting up and starting my day with weight traning and cardio at least 5 times a week.
-taking a thermogenic fat burner.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Monica Brant. Hands down. She has the most symmetrical, beautiful, strong, but still feminine physique I have ever seen. ( and I have seen it in person). She is an inspiration to me.

Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
Very rarely

Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
Why have you found weights to be daunting? There's nothing wrong with a little fun in the diet. And thank you, I do try to push myself, as I should, I've got a long way to go to be where I would like to... but I have to admit, I did have piece of ice cream cake today (that's the most sugar I've had in 4 1/2 months) and it was delicious! so I ran a quarter mile in addition to my regular workout today.
Glad its going well, I feel pain just thinking about running right now lol, yesterday I bumped my weights up on my leg exercises and did 4 sets of 9 reps on most exercises, I'm hurting pretty good! So you're doing a summer bulk? I am too, its a very clean bulk, but I needed it, I can't wait til it's over though(I'm sick of eating SO MUCH clean food)!
Thanks, as does yours, My training is going very well, I'm slowly but surely putting on lean mass, I'll probably start to lean out in late October. I completely understand how you feel about the days not being long enough, it seems like I'm just barely getting my full 8 hours of sleep after all else is done. Why the lack of motivation? Everything okay?
Thanks for the add. Keep in touch. If your ever in Oviedo, I have a nutrition store there. I enjoy meeting you and discussing any networking opportunities for us both. Have fun.
